These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZealPlane (the "Platform"), including our digital comic catalog, webcomics, manga reading interfaces, pop-culture chronicles, and self-publishing toolsets. By accessing or using ZealPlane, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, reading, creating an account, or publishing content on ZealPlane, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age and possess the legal authority to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions, you must discontinue using the platform.

2. Creator Intellectual Property Rights

ZealPlane strongly champions independent creators, comic writers, and artists:

• 100% Creator Ownership: Independent creators retain 100% intellectual property ownership of any comics, characters, artwork, or manuscripts they upload and publish on ZealPlane.
• Non-Exclusive License: By publishing on ZealPlane, creators grant ZealPlane a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and distribute the work on the platform for readers. Creators may modify, remove, or license their comics elsewhere at any time.
• Originality Warranty: Creators warrant that all uploaded content is their original creation or that they hold the lawful licenses to distribute it, and that works do not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or rights of publicity.

3. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

Users and community members agree not to engage in unauthorized scraping, malicious automated crawling, distribution of malware, hate speech, harassment of creators, or copyright infringement. ZealPlane reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate community safety.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ZealPlane is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. ZealPlane does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall ZealPlane, its founders, or contributors be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
